Solutions

Founded in 1963 in Ponzano Veneto (Treviso), the company has become a reference in the manufacture of processing machines for coils: roll forming lines, cut to length lines slitting lines, among others. With a current team of 140 employees and production units in Spain and Italy, more than 1,000 state-of-the-art machines have been installed around the world, serving the most diverse sectors, including the metallurgy, automotive and construction sectors.

Rollforming Lines

Machines with application for the logistics, construction, home appliances, energy, infrastructure and transport sectors.

Cut-to-length Lines

Coils of up to 45 ton and working speed of up to 120m/min, suitable for still mills, service centers, the automotive sector, etc. They are suitable for processing cold and hot sheet metal up to 2200mm in width and varying thicknesses from 0.2 to 25mm.

Slitting Lines

Production of lines for thicknesses of up to 16mm and various materials, such as: cold and hot rolled steel, galvanized steel, pre-painted, high strength steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, zinc and alloys. We provide the packaging lines.

With more than 100 years of history, AIDA is a world leader in the manufacture of high-tech presses covering the automotive, electrical, electronics and home appliance industries. In order to continue its global expansion, AIDA has factories in five countries (Japan, Italy, United States, Malaysia and China) that manufacture presses from 30 to 4 thousand tons and a worldwide sales and service network that comprises 39 cities in 19 countries.

Servo Presses

Press drive system that provides the ability to accurately and completely control hammer stroke speed and stroke length. Developed from 1993, DSF® (Direct Servo Former) is AIDA technology and the result of this effort was the launch, in 2002, of the world's first direct drive servo press.

Mechanical Presses

Presses with 1 to 4 suspension points, with the possibility of adjusting the hammer stroke. Type C, H, progressive, high-speed, transfer and tanden lines presses.

Automation

The presses can be supplied with automation systems for the most diverse applications: feeding lines (by coil and by blanks), electronic and mechanical transfers of two or three axes and systems for unloading parts (destackers and stackers).

Hydraulic Presses

OMERA hydraulic presses are optimized for stamping and deep drawing processes. Our range includes C-frame hydraulic presses, monolithic and composite presses, for a wide range of solutions.

Trimming and Beading Machines

State-of-the-art machines produced in series and customized according to the client's requirements to carry out the trimming operations to be implemented on pieces with round, polygonal or calendered cylinders.

Automatic Production Lines
